SSH Design is seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Cairo. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs within a consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce detailed interior design drawings and documentation using BIM tools.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design disciplines to ensure design coordination.
- Prepare working drawings and technical details with precision and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and industry standards.
- Participate in design reviews and provide innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in BIM-based interior design.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (Interior BIM workflows).
- Extensive experience delivering full construction documentation sets.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and workflows.
- Experience leading or mentoring junior BIM designers.
Leadership & Coordination
- Ability to manage BIM models across multiple project stages.
- Coordinate with international consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
- Review, control, and approve drawings for quality and compliance.
- Support project managers and design leads with technical solutions.
