Senior Interior Site Supervisor - KSA

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Site Supervisor for a long-term project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

This role focuses on the on-site delivery of high-end interior environments, ensuring that design intent is executed to a consistently high standard throughout construction. The position is open to international candidates that are willing to relocate for a period of 12-30 months.

Role Overview

You will act as a key on-site representative, supporting the delivery phase from a design and quality perspective, working closely with contractors and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate interior shop drawings
• Monitor on-site execution of interior works and finishes
• Ensure alignment with design intent and project standards
• Support mock-up reviews and implementation
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants on site
• Track progress and report on quality and key issues

Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in high-end hospitality or luxury residential projects
• Solid understanding of interior detailing and construction processes
• Experience working with shop drawings and site coordination
• Strong proficiency in Revit and relevant design/coordination software
• Confident presence on site with the ability to address issues directly
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the Middle East is an advantage
• Fluent in English
