The Senior Analyst Investment & Growth will support the Group's strategic expansion across staff accommodation, real estate development, property management, and income-generating assets by delivering robust financial analysis, market intelligence, investment evaluation, and growth planning.
This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and validating new investment opportunities, partnerships, and portfolio optimization initiatives, enabling leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions that enhance revenue growth, asset performance, and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Investment Analysis & Deal Evaluation
- Conduct detailed financial modeling, feasibility studies, and business cases for new developments, acquisitions, and partnerships
- Perform NPV, IRR, ROI, payback, and sensitivity analysis for investment decisions
- Evaluate commercial viability of projects across real estate and property portfolios
- Support due diligence for acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships
Growth Strategy & Planning
- Identify new growth opportunities aligned to the core business lines
- Support development of market entry strategies, expansion plans, and asset monetization initiatives
- Analyze revenue streams and recommend optimization opportunities
- Track market trends, demand drivers, and competitive positioning
Portfolio Performance & Reporting
- Monitor portfolio performance across assets and investments
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics for leadership and Board reporting
- Provide insights on asset utilization, occupancy, yield, and profitability
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Market Intelligence & Research
- Conduct industry benchmarking and competitor analysis
- Track regulatory, economic, and market risks impacting investments
- Provide strategic insights to guide capital allocation
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Strategy, Finance, Development, and Operations teams
- Prepare investment memos, executive summaries, and presentation materials for senior leadership
- Coordinate with external advisors, consultants, and valuation experts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Master's degree or CFA/CPA/ACCA is an advantage
