We are seeking a senior, high-performing Investment & Business Sales Consultant to join our Investment Sales Department.
This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who is confident in engaging high-net-worth clients (AED 1M+), conducting face-to-face meetings, managing complex negotiations, and closing high-value investment and business deals.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to investors, representing Persian Horizon with professionalism, credibility, and strong commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell investment services, business acquisition opportunities, and ready/operational businesses
- Conduct in-person meetings with high-net-worth and VIP clients to understand their investment goals
- Present investment proposals, business profiles, and deal structures in a clear and professional manner
- Lead negotiations and successfully close high-value contracts
- Manage and follow up on qualified leads from initial contact through deal completion
- Coordinate closely with management, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction execution
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and business owners
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and deal progress
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in:
- Investment sales
- Business brokerage
- Real estate or related high-value sales sectors
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory
- Demonstrated experience working with high-net-worth / VIP clients
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Professional appearance with excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
