A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.
Job Description:
- Provide L2/L3 end-user support for stores and corporate users.
- Support retail systems and POS environments (hardware & basic application support)
- Manage and troubleshoot store and office networks (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi). Handle firewalls, routers, switches, and ISP coordination and support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
- Assist with store openings, rollouts, and upgrades
Qualifications:
- Open to Hindi-speaking candidates, aged 35 years and below with 68 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in IT Infrastructure / End User Support and Retail IT Environments
- Good knowledge of networking, firewalls, POS hardware, and desktops
- Experience in supporting multi-store operations with strong troubleshooting and communication skills
