Senior IT Specialist / IT Operations Lead

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Specialist / IT Operations Lead to manage and support our IT infrastructure, retail technology systems, and cybersecurity environment. The role combines strategic IT planning with hands-on operational support across enterprise and retail systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain POS systems and retail technology solutions

Administer enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRMS)

Support cloud and on-premise infrastructure (Azure, AWS, VMware, Hyper-V)

Oversee network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, routing & switching)

Lead IT service delivery and act as escalation point for complex technical issues

Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and user access

Supervise IT support activities and provide training to users and IT staff

Implement cybersecurity measures including IAM, MFA, backups, and disaster recovery

Support rollout of new IT systems, upgrades, and digital transformation projects

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience with POS and retail IT systems
• Windows Server, Networking, and Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM
• Cybersecurity and IT governance knowledge
• Scripting and automation knowledge is an advantage

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
• ITIL Certification preferred
• 710 years of IT infrastructure experience
• Minimum 3 years in senior or leadership IT role
• Retail or hypermarket experience is highly preferred
