Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior IT System Administrator, based in Ad-Duqqi. The role involves managing and maintaining systems infrastructure, ensuring network security, and overseeing the installation and configuration of hardware and software. The Senior IT System Administrator will troubleshoot technical issues, perform regular system updates, and optimize IT operations to support organizational goals. The role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams to assess and implement technology needs.

Qualifications

• Experience + 5 years as system administrator
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science from a governmental university
• Proficiency in system administration tasks, including server management, network configuration, and cloud-based solutions
• Experience with security protocols, disaster recovery processes, and data protection strategies
• Good knowledge of hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Strong skills in virtualization technologies and IT infrastructure optimization
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to technological advancements
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco certifications would be beneficial
