- Implement agile methodologies actively to manage project tasks and adapt to changes effectively.
- Work collaboratively with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Write clean, efficient code that adheres to best practices and coding standards to maintain high quality software and reliability.
- Debug and resolve issues promptly to ensure the stability and performance of the system.
- Adjust existing designs as needed to address issues, integrate feedback, or accommodate new requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in development.
- Experience in Java 17, Spring Boot, MySql, Git.
- Fin-tech background is a plus.
