Requirements and job responsibilities:
- At least 8 years of experience in building complex, highly scalable software systems
- Expert level knowledge of Java and OOP
- Experience with the entire SDLC - ideal candidate has built software products from scratch
- Solid knowledge and experience with microservices architecture and/or event driven architecture (asynchronous programming paradigm)
- Experience with RabbitMQ message broker, Kafka or others
- Knowledge of functional programming would be a plus (Scala, Kotlin or any other functional programming language)
- Knowledge of DevOps processes and technologies: experienced in building CI/CD pipelines, Dockerisation
- Follows Agile methodology
- You are confident, highly experienced individual who is capable of working independently in a fast paced startup-like environment
