Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Land Surveyor to join our team on major Hotel and High-Rise Building Projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering precise land and site surveys, preparing detailed maps and AutoCAD files, guiding junior surveyors, and ensuring accurate data to support fast-track construction. Candidates must have strong technical skills, high attention to detail, and proven experience in vertical or hospitality projects. Immediate joining is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct highly accurate land and site surveys for hotel and high-rise building construction.
- Produce detailed maps, AutoCAD drawings, sketches, and survey reports following industry standards.
- Ensure daily submission of survey data with 95%+ accuracy, including coordinates, elevations, and spatial measurements.
- Provide weekly and monthly survey updates to engineering, PM, and QS teams.
- Lead and guide assistant surveyors to ensure consistent quality and performance on-site.
- Support site layout, vertical alignment, structural grid checks, and high-rise leveling work.
- Contribute to quantity take-off, cost estimation, and verification of installed works.
- Enforce compliance with HSE policies and ensure zero LTI incidents in all surveying operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in land surveying.
- At least 3 years experience in construction, preferably hotel or high-rise building projects.
- Previous GCC experience is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Total Station, GPS, digital levels, and modern surveying equipment.
- Excellent command of AutoCAD and survey software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet fast-track project timelines.
- Knowledge of local codes, surveying standards, and vertical construction workflows.
- ERP/SAP experience is an added advantage.
