We are recruiting for a Landscape/Architect Designer who will be creating and overseeing 3D landscape designs and be managing clients throughout the whole process for sales, design and construction stages. Requirements
- Develop Conceptual Proposals.
- Prepare and present Landscaping Proposals; for 2D design, 3D Renders, CAD drawings and other relevant options.
- Understand and review detailed plans and working drawings including construction details and specifications for the project using computer-aided design (CAD).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office.
- Present proposals to clients, deal with enquiries and negotiate through design and construction process.
- Ensure deadlines are met in accordance with customers requirements.
- Work with Operations Team to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Lead selection of suitable material for projects.
- Continuously grow and stay up to date with current market trends.
- Contact and coordinate manufacturers and suppliers.
- Prepare project estimates together with Operations Team.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Design Manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a relevant field with at least 2 + years of experience in related field, within UAE.
- Strong creative and communication skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and any other graphic or rendering software.
- It is also required to have a working knowledge of other software and CAD packages related to the function.
- Must be fully conversant in using and creating modelling from architectural plans, sketches and elevations, and have knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques.
