About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join our Abu Dhabi studio. This role will contribute to design excellence, lead the delivery of complex landscape and public realm projects, and support client engagement and multidisciplinary coordination. The ideal candidate brings strong creative capability, technical depth, and proven project delivery experience within the UAE/GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of large-scale landscape and public realm projects.
• Mentor and guide landscape architects and junior designers.
• Develop innovative, sustainable, and climate-responsive design solutions.
• Oversee design documentation, technical reviews, and coordination activities.
• Collaborate effectively with architecture, urban design, engineering, and environmental teams.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Support proposals, bids, design submissions, and business development activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
• 1012+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong portfolio of complex landscape and public realm projects.
• Good understanding of UAE authority regulations, submission processes, and design standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualisation tools (SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, etc.).
• Revit experience is considered an advantage.
