Kemet Corporation for BIM Engineering is looking for a
Senior Landscape Engineer to be a part of their team.
Kemet Corporation is a leading company with over 40 years of experience in assisting clients project teams in utilizing BIM software to streamline the engineering process. They provide detailed and tailored workflows and guides, specializing in architectural, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
Job Duties:
- Lead preparation and review of detailed landscape shop drawings (hardscape & softscape).
- Manage and oversee Revit landscape models within BIM environment.
- Coordinate landscape levels with architectural, structural, and infrastructure works.
- Lead BIM coordination meetings and resolve clashes.
- Review quantities and support BOQ preparation.
- Ensure technical compliance with project specifications and standards.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or Agriculture Engineering (Landscape Department).
- 6+ years of experience in landscape shop drawings.
- Strong expertise in hardscape detailing and grading coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (mandatory).
- Strong BIM coordination experience.
- Ability to lead a team and review submissions.
