As Lenovo expands its commercial operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are seeking a highly skilled, seasoned, and native English-speaking contract lawyer based in KSA to join our Global Contract Team (GCT) EMEA. In this key role, you will provide expert contract support and legal risk assessment, partnering closely with internal stakeholders both locally and across Lenovo's global business teams. The successful candidate will draft, review, negotiate, and advise on complex technology transactions (hardware, software and services) under Lenovo's global contracting frameworkensuring compliance with regional and local lawsin English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex technology agreements, including cloud/SaaS, managed services, hardware + services bundles, software licensing, DPA/processing terms, MSAs/SOWs, OEM/ODM, reseller channel/partner agreements, and SLAs.
  • Provide practical, business-oriented advice on technology risk, data/privacy, cybersecurity, export controls, and regulatory issues in KSA.
  • Partner with sales, procurement, finance and operations to enable timely tech deal closure while protecting Lenovo's legal and commercial interests.
  • Identify and escalate material risks; propose tech-focused mitigation strategies aligned with corporate policies and playbooks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of tech contract templates, playbooks, and processes; deliver training to business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts on country-specific technology issues as needed.

Candidate Profile

  • Law degree (JD/LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution in EMEA
  • 8+ years PQE in commercial contracting in KSA or UEA, with a significant focus on complex technology contracts (e.g., cloud/SaaS, managed services, software licensing, hardware + services transactions, data processing, cybersecurity, and channel/partner models).
  • Proven track record negotiating high-value KSA or UAE based and multi-jurisdictional technology deals and balancing legal risk with business objectives.
  • Native or native-level English, with professional proficiency in Arabic.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and drafting skills in fast-paced, international tech environments.
  • Public-sector/regulated-industry tech contracting experience is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration skills across functions and seniority levels; ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent client service.
