As the
Senior Logistics Manager at HanmiGlobal Saudi, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all logistics operations related to our construction projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management. You will ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials, equipment, and services, while collaborating closely with project teams to address project needs and challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with project goals and operational needs
- Manage procurement of materials and supply chain processes to ensure timely project execution
- Coordinate transportation and warehousing operations to maintain operational efficiency
- Oversee inventory management, tracking, and reporting to minimize delays and reduce costs
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure proper logistics support
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in all logistics activities
- Lead and develop the logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics best practices
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project needs
