Job Description
• Negotiate to get the best prices for Ocean freight, trucking, Customs, carrier services, and insurance.
• Deal with shipping lines, customs Brokers, and truckers.
• Manage all booking procedures (Import & Export).
• Handle all processes related to Export and Import shipments.
• Book vessels, and prepare the shipping documents.
• Organize and prepare the subsidization process.
• Monitor cash transactions on a daily basis.
• Update the status of all shipments and follow up on their delivery.
• Coordinate the production plan with the loading plan.
• Settle the temporary admission.

Profile:
Requirements:
• A bachelor s degree is a Must, in logistics or supply chain is preferable.
• Experience: from 4 to 6 years as a Logistics Specialist at a large international scope.
• Residents of Nozha, Heliopolis, Nasr City, and the nearest areas are preferable.
Key Skills:
• Teamwork and motivational skills.
• Good planning and organizing skills.
• English language is a Must, written and spoken.
• French Language is preferred.
• Good command of using different Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent communicator.
• Very good Negotiator.
