Senior Logistics Specialist

SYSTICS Trade is a leading System Integrator specializing in Light Current and ICT Solutions. We deliver integrated ELV systems for commercial, industrial, governmental, and residential projects across Egypt.

Role Overview:

The Senior Logistics Specialist will oversee end-to-end international shipping operations, manage relationships with freight forwarders, and ensure strict compliance with international customs regulations across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize end-to-end international logistics operations, including both ocean and air freight routing.
  
• Oversee complex customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks including Nafeza, ACID, NTRA.
  
• Ensure accurate documentation and handling for specialized certificates to prevent clearance delays at ports.
  
• Negotiate rates with freight forwarders and shipping lines to optimize supply chain costs.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational bottlenecks, port congestion issues.
  

• 3–5 years of proven experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, and customs clearance.
  
• Deep understanding of global Incoterms and cross-border trade compliance.
  
• Hands-on proficiency with Odoo ERP (or similar advanced ERP systems) for logistics and inventory tracking.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage high-pressure port clearance scenarios.
