United Elevators is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Senior Logistics Specialist to support and coordinate logistics operations, ensuring the efficient, timely, and cost-effective movement of materials and finished goods.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products according to project and production schedules.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Prepare and review shipping documents and customs clearance requirements.
- Track and analyze shipment performance and logistics costs.
- Ensure compliance with transportation, customs, and company policies.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost control.
- Provide regular logistics reports and updates to the Logistics Lead and Supply Chain team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or operations.
- Strong knowledge of transportation management systems and logistics processes.
- Strong knowledge of import logistics and customs regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English language.
Working Conditions:
- Working Hours: From 9:00 to 6:00 PM
- Fridays & Saturdays are off
- Work Location: Badr
