Job Description

United Elevators is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Logistics Specialist to support and coordinate logistics operations, ensuring the efficient, timely, and cost-effective movement of materials and finished goods.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate and monitor daily logistics activities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products according to project and production schedules.
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents and customs clearance requirements.
  • Track and analyze shipment performance and logistics costs.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation, customs, and company policies.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost control.
  • Provide regular logistics reports and updates to the Logistics Lead and Supply Chain team

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or operations.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation management systems and logistics processes.
  • Strong knowledge of import logistics and customs regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English language.

Working Conditions:


  • Working Hours: From 9:00 to 6:00 PM
  • Fridays & Saturdays are off
  • Work Location: Badr
