We're hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and maintain machine learning models that power intelligent digital products

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective ML solutions
- Evaluate and optimize model performance using real-world data and continuous feedback
- Design and manage reliable data pipelines to support model training and deployment
- Contribute to technical standards, architecture decisions, and best practices across ML initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or data science
- Proven hands-on experience with large language models and fine-tuning strategies
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related discipline
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and modern ML ecosystems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
