HUMAIN is strengthening its governance capabilities, and we are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager – Board & Governance Affairs to join our organization. This role is central to ensuring HUMAIN maintains world-class governance standards and seamless alignment between our leadership, board members, committees, and national stakeholders.
Role Overview:
This strategic role supports HUMAIN's executive leadership by overseeing all board and governance-related operations. The role will manage the full lifecycle of board and committee processes, including agenda preparation, documentation, deliberation records, and follow-up to ensure clarity, accuracy, and disciplined execution. The role ensures that governance actions, board directives, and committee decisions are precisely captured, tracked, and advanced across HUMAIN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end board and committee operations, including agendas, documentation, minutes, resolutions, and decision tracking.
- Prepare governance materials, briefing notes, and presentations for executive leaders and board members.
- Ensure governance compliance, procedural integrity, and alignment with HUMAIN's operating model.
- Coordinate interactions with board members, committee representatives, and key external stakeholders.
- Track board and committee directives, ensuring timely progress and accountability across HUMAIN.
- Review governance frameworks, policies, and charters, and contribute to continuous improvement in alignment with the Governance Division within HUMAIN.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on board deliberations, committee insights, and governance trends.
- Strengthen collaboration with HUMAIN's corporate units to support transparency, preparation, and follow-through.
- Ensure structured engagement with key stakeholders, including government entities, regulatory bodies, and industry leaders.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in board secretariat, governance affairs, executive office, or committee management.
- Strong understanding of governance processes, decision-making frameworks, and board operations.
- Excellent communication, structuring, and analytical skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and precision.
- Experience working with senior leaders, board members, or external regulatory bodies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
