Senior Manager – Facility Management / Operations

Job Overview

The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing overall business operations, managing multiple projects, and ensuring efficient service delivery across all facilities. The role includes strategic planning, team leadership, financial management, and client relationship management to support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple facility management projects
• Manage and supervise department heads, project managers, and site teams
• Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with company standards and client expectations
• Develop and implement operational strategies and business plans
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability of projects
• Manage client relationships and handle key accounts
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health & safety standards
• Lead contract management, including negotiations and renewals
• Identify new business opportunities and support company growth
• Prepare reports for senior management on operations, financials, and performance
• Coordinate with HR, procurement, and finance departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in Facility Management / Operations
• Proven experience in a senior leadership or managerial role
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Excellent knowledge of UAE business practices and regulations
• Financial and commercial management experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
