AbouttheRole

Specializing in our Long Term Rental division, as part of our vibrant Corporate Sales team you will prospect and engage with clients from various walks of life villas & apartments, property developers, hotels etc. At Indigo Living we offer a cost-effective, seamless solution to making homes move-in ready and allow the client to avoid the cost and hassle of relocating their furniture with our completely customizable, long term, one-stop rental solution which is available in a convenient 12 - 24+ month lease.

Liaising with our Interior Design team when required, you will prepare and present home furnishing rental suggestions and solutions reflecting Indigo Livings philosophy whilst meeting the clients requirements. Working with our internal, logistics, warehouse and finance departments, you will oversee a project from the initial design stages to installation, monitoring the progress and quality of services and products surpassing clients expectations and ensuring sales targets are achieved.

RoleDetails

Identify market opportunities to develop and grow a strong sales pipeline which will ensure annual targets are met.

  • Research, identify and engage suitable clients within target sectors.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients and ensure the opportunity is maximized to its full potential.
  • Surpass client expectations to secure repeat business and recommendations.
  • Client Relationship Management - maintain and strengthen relationships with your clients.
  • Develop and maintain a database of business contacts.
  • Achievement of personal and departmental goals & objectives as well as sales target.

Maintain a smooth flow of day-to-day operations in the Corporate department.

  • Clearly communicate and coordinate with the support functions & support personnel.
  • Complete required sales reports for the division on time.
  • Identify and develop ways of improving process, costs and communications more effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure timely response to all enquiries & client leads assigned to Corporate.
  • Make a post project follow up call to clients to ensure the service level requirements & project expectations have been met.
  • Attend Sales meetings and provide regular updates to management of sales forecast, situation analysis and business opportunity.

Encourage teamwork to achieve department and company goal

  • Take initiative and responsibility to support colleagues and new team members in all products and services offered and help to conclude deals.
  • Complete training if required. Attend training courses when required.
  • On identifying an issue, propose solutions with your line manager.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure data posting is within the set timeline.

Qualifications

  • Experience within home furnishing and/or interior design with a proven track record in an equivalent role covering both B2B & B2C sales.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with strong project and time management skills
  • Client-centric with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Enthusiastic, confident, efficient, genuine and responsible, with an ability to work independently & under pressure
  • UAE Drivers License and own car
