Job Description

We are currently partnering with a leading multinational organization to hire a Senior Manager – E-commerce / D2C based in Dubai. This role is positioned at the center of the company's digital growth and transformation roadmap, with a strong mandate to scale Direct-to-Consumer revenue, optimize online channels, and enhance the overall customer journey.

Role Overview

The incumbent will take end-to-end ownership of the e-commerce and D2C function, driving commercial performance across brand-owned platforms and marketplaces while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive D2C revenue growth through ownership and optimization of e-commerce channels
  • Manage performance across website, mobile app, and marketplace platforms
  • Improve key KPIs including conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and customer retention
  • Oversee product listings, pricing strategy, and online merchandising to maximize sales impact
  • Leverage customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and logistics to ensure seamless execution
  • Track, analyze, and report on revenue performance, profitability, and channel effectiveness

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience managing D2C / e-commerce businesses, particularly brand-owned websites or mobile applications
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and executing e-commerce strategies
  • Hands-on experience with performance metrics such as conversion, traffic, AOV, and retention
  • Commercially driven with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on experience managing D2C / e-commerce channels (website/app)
  • Scale and categories handled
  • Experience driving and executing D2C growth strategies with measurable outcomes
