Senior Manager Facilities (UAEN Only)
Job Purpose:
To lead and manage all facilities operations, ensuring efficient maintenance, safety, and performance of buildings and infrastructure across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily facilities operations, including maintenance, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Manage engineering-related activities (mechanical, electrical, civil systems).
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead facilities projects such as renovations, upgrades, and new site setups.
- Monitor and control facilities budgets, costs, and contracts.
- Manage service providers, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues across all campuses/sites.
- Improve operational efficiency and implement best practices in facilities management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support operational needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's / Master degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).
- Minimum 810 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and project management.
- Experience managing multiple sites is preferred.
- Knowledge of regulations and safety standards is an advantage.
