Senior International Tax Manager
We are looking for an experienced tax professional to join an international group operating across multiple jurisdictions and support the management of global tax matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and oversee international tax matters across a global business with operations in several regions.
- Manage the group's tax position including tax reporting, tax accounting, and year-end tax processes.
- Ensure compliance with corporate income tax and other direct tax obligations across relevant jurisdictions.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of transfer pricing frameworks and policies in line with international standards.
- Oversee transfer pricing documentation and related compliance requirements.
- Monitor indirect tax matters including VAT/GST and other transactional taxes where applicable.
- Provide support on tax aspects of corporate transactions, restructurings, and business initiatives.
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with international tax and reporting obligations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of tax governance processes.
- Liaise with external tax advisors and consultants when required.
Profile
- Minimum 15 years of experience in international taxation within a multinational environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or Law.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, CTA, ACCA, or equivalent is a strong advantage.
- Strong experience in transfer pricing and international tax matters.
- Solid understanding of global tax compliance and reporting requirements.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and international environment.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate availability preferred.
