About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to join our Investment and Asset Management team based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Investment and Asset Management

  • Support active management of the hotel / investment portfolio, monitoring financial and operational performance and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead or support Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) and repositioning initiatives for existing hotels, including market / competitor analysis, business case development and capital planning.
  • Conduct investment analysis, financial modelling and valuation for acquisitions, disposals and other strategic opportunities.
  • Review annual valuations for hotels and investment properties, prepared by the relevant finance team and / or external valuation advisers.
  • Review hotels and investment properties annual CapEx requests prepared by the finance team.
  • Prepare investment papers, portfolio reviews and other materials for senior management and approval committees.

Business Development

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential HMA opportunities, conducting market, site and competitive assessment.
  • Develop financial models, feasibility studies and scenario analysis to evaluate potential opportunities.
  • Prepare RFP responses, proposals, recommendations and presentations for senior management and prospective owners.
  • Support HMA negotiations and transaction execution, including due diligence, deal structuring and commercial terms.
  • Lead or support internal approval processes, including preparation and presentation of approval papers.
  • Assist with maintaining relationships with prospective and existing HMA owners and relevant internal stakeholders.

About You

  • A bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in a comparable role, preferably with a 5-star hotel group. Experience with a real estate brokerage / advisory firm, Big Four accounting firm, or top-tier consulting firm would also be advantageous.
  • Proven network within the hospitality industry, with relevant relationships to support market intelligence and HMA development.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with advanced proficiency in financial modelling and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across seniority levels and translate complex concepts into clear, practical insights.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to take ownership, follow up and independently investigate issues.
  • Exhibits resourcefulness, critical thinking and intellectual curiosity, with the adaptability and flexibility to navigate complex, multi-faceted situations.
