The Senior Manager of Joint Ventures and Partnerships will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth strategy by identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic joint ventures and partnerships. This position requires comprehensive expertise in the real estate development industry, outstanding negotiation abilities, and the capacity to cultivate and manage complex relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of structuring and executing joint venture agreements and building strategic alliances that foster long-term success in real estate projects.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be expected to:
- Strategic Planning & Development:
- Identify and evaluate potential joint venture and partnership opportunities.
- Develop strategic partnership models to enhance the company's project pipeline, diversify offerings, and optimize resource utilization.
- Negotiation & Deal Structuring:
- Lead negotiations for joint venture agreements and partnership contracts, collaborating closely with legal, finance, and senior management to structure mutually beneficial deals.
- Project Management & Execution:
- Oversee the execution of joint venture agreements, ensuring successful integration with internal teams (commercial, development, finance, legal) and monitor the performance of partnerships to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, financial targets, and project milestones.
- Relationship Management & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, government agencies, and other partners.
- Financial Oversight & Reporting:
- Analyze the financial viability of joint ventures and partnerships, including ROI analysis, risk assessments, and funding strategies.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- A Master's degree (MBA, MSc) or relevant professional certification (e.g., MRICS) is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7+ years in business development, joint ventures, or strategic partnerships within the real estate sector.
- Proven track record in structuring, negotiating, and managing joint ventures and partnerships successfully in real estate development projects.
