Senior Manager Legal
Job Description
Key Deliverables
- Lead legal strategy for product, partnerships, and business initiatives across Web3 landscape
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements including NDAs, MOUs, and commercial contracts
- Drive regulatory compliance and risk assessment for fintech and blockchain operations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external counsels to support business goals and transactions
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and assess implications of emerging technologies and regulations
- Identify legal and compliance risks and propose practical mitigation strategies
- Create and maintain legal templates and scalable legal processes
- Represent the company in legal discussions with partners, vendors, and regulators
