- Lead and oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) across all construction and real estate developments, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and investment objectives.
- Establish and enforce standardized project management methodologies, governance frameworks, policies, and reporting structures.
- Manage the overall project portfolio, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic value, risk exposure, and financial impact.
- Oversee master planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and resource planning to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
- Monitor CAPEX performance, cash flow forecasts, and financial reporting in coordination with finance and commercial teams.
- Implement robust risk management processes to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Provide executive-level reporting and dashboards to senior management and board members on portfolio health and performance.
- Ensure effective contract administration, variation management, claims control, and dispute resolution.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, developers, investors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project execution.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field. Master's degree (MBA or Project Management) preferred.
Experience
- 15+ years of progressive experience in construction and real estate project management, with at least 57 years in a senior leadership or PMO role.
Portfolio Exposure
Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-project portfolios including mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, or infrastructure developments.
Strategic Leadership
- Demonstrated ability to align project portfolios with corporate strategy, investment goals, and long-term development plans.
Financial & Commercial Acumen
- Strong expertise in CAPEX management, budgeting, cost control, cash flow forecasting, and ROI analysis.
Project Controls Expertise
- Advanced knowledge of planning, scheduling, cost management, risk management, and performance tracking methodologies.
Governance & Compliance
