Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior Manager - Sales Excellence to lead sales enablement and operational excellence across our AI business. This role is at the heart of driving pipeline velocity, managing high-stakes tenders, and aligning internal and external stakeholders toward successful deal execution and delivery. You will serve as the operational backbone of our go-to-market efforts, ensuring structure, clarity, and speed in everything from proposal delivery to partner coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Pipeline Strategy & Execution: Own and maintain the sales pipeline with full visibility on deal progress, forecasts, and risks. Ensure data quality and discipline in CRM across the team.
- Tender & Proposal Leadership: Lead the end-to-end preparation and submission of high-value proposals and tenders. Ensure technical, financial, and compliance accuracy under tight timelines.
- Cross-Functional Deal Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between sales, delivery, finance, legal, and technical teams to eliminate blockers and ensure alignment from offer to delivery.
- Partner & Distributor Management: Engage and coordinate with partners and distributors to secure pricing, documentation, and delivery commitments on time and aligned with project needs.
- Procurement & Portal Oversight: Manage and maintain registrations across all customer and government procurement platforms, ensuring our profile is compliant and ready for bidding at all times.
- Reporting & Executive Insights: Deliver concise, data-driven reports and dashboards for commercial leadership, tracking performance, trends, and process gaps.
- Track milestones, monitor KPIs, and implement improvements to scale operational impact and reduce sales friction.
- Serve as the go-to leader for turning sales plans into operational reality with accountability for timelines, quality, and delivery readiness
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 68 years experience in sales operations, tender management, or strategic coordination in a tech, AI, or cloud-based environment.
- Strong command of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Excel/Power BI, and procurement systems.
- Proven experience working across commercial, technical, and delivery teams.
- Excellent communication, executive reporting, and multitasking skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
