Job Description

• Lead and govern global supplier quality management policies, procedures and best practices.
• Drive supplier qualification, approval, monitoring, development and exit strategies across the supplier lifecycle.
• Partner with Quality, Operations, Engineering, Procurement and Product Development teams to support new product introduction and ongoing manufacturing activities.
• Own the supplier audit programme, including strategy development, execution and follow-up activities.
• Establish supplier performance metrics and lead initiatives to improve quality, delivery and operational performance.
• Oversee supplier quality investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA implementation and risk mitigation activities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supplier quality professionals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance excellence.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 10 Years of experience in Supplier Quality Management within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Good working knowledge of ISO9001, EN ISO13485 and FDA Part 820/QSR
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing quality teams.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, supplier quality processes, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Certified Lead Auditor or equivalent auditing experience.
• Experience managing supplier qualification, supplier audits, performance reviews, and supplier development programmes.
• Strong background in risk management, quality tools, statistical methods, and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience supporting new product introduction, manufacturing operations, and cross-functional project teams.
• Demonstrated success in supplier performance improvement, contract quality management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
