Job Description - Senior Manager Technology
The Sr. Manager Technology will lead the shaping, consulting, and delivery of engineering transformation programs across diverse industries, with a strong focus on the Saudi Arabia Public Sector. They will work closely with senior client stakeholders, Digital Transformation leaders, and Publicis Sapient's Technology, Regional, and Industry leadership.
This is an exciting opportunity for a consultative engineering leader to make a tangible impact across Saudi Arabia's Public Sector. The Sr. Manager will support government organizations in accelerating large-scale digital transformation, implementing modern cloud-native architectures, and responsibly leveraging emerging technologiessuch as Generative and Agentic AIto deliver citizen-centric services at national scale.
Qualifications
Your Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in building large-scale, high-volume, low latency, high availability, and complex distributed services.
- A hands-on solution architect who has delivered at least 5-7 large to medium scale projects from ground zero.
- Experience leading global or distributed engineering teams (10+ engineers)
- Software engineering experience with:
- Java and distributed systems
- One or more hyperscaler platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure)
- Cloud-native application architecture
- Microservices architecture
- API management and integration platforms
- Headless digital architectures
- Event-driven systems
- Data and analytics platforms
- CI/CD and DevOps environments
- Enterprise integration technologies (iPaaS, ESB, ETL)
- AI & Data experience with:
- Agentic AI on hyperscaler platforms (e.g. Google Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI)
- Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures
- Modern data platforms, machine learning environments, and AI-enabled applications
- Preferred: Arabic speakers / natives

Education:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
