Requirements:

* Minimum 10 years of experience in transportation and logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

* Proven track record in managing large-scale transportation networks

* Strong knowledge of fleet operations, route planning, and last-mile delivery models

* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

* Experience in the Saudi or GCC market preferred
