Senior Market Analyst

We're currently supporting a Dubai-based client in hiring a Senior Market Analyst to join their Market Analysis team.

This role sits between market analysis and commercial decision-making, with a clear focus on helping the business optimise where, when, and how they place product across global markets.

You'll be working closely with commercial and leadership teams, providing insight on market dynamics, trade flows, pricing, and competitor positioning and ultimately influencing product allocation and margin optimisation across the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Ad-hoc, high-impact commercial analysis (supporting real-time decisions).
• Ongoing coverage of fertilizer and raw material markets.
• Building models, tools, and dashboards to support the wider business.
• External exposure through conferences and market engagement.

Experience:

• 5+ years experience in fertilizer market analysis.
• Strong understanding of global market dynamics (India, Brazil, etc.).
• A commercial mindset, ideally from a producer/manufacturer environment.
• Solid modelling and data analysis capabilities (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
