Job Summary:

The Senior Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

oDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

oConduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and trends.

oSet measurable marketing goals and track performance metrics.

Team Management:

oLead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives.

Content Creation and Management:

oOversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across various channels, including social media, website, and email marketing.

oCollaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce engaging content.

oManage the company's website and intranet, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Brand Management:

oStrengthen and protect the company's brand identity through consistent messaging and visual elements.

oDevelop brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all marketing materials.

Public Relations:

oManage media relations, including press releases, interviews, and press conferences.

oBuild and maintain relationships with key media outlets and industry influencers.

Digital Marketing:

oExecute effective digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.

Optimize website performance for search engines and track key metrics.

Event Management:

Plan and execute marketing events, conferences, and webinars to generate leads and build relationships.

Compliance:

oAdhere to all relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

7 - 10 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in a B2B or financial services environment.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms).

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
