About the Role
Safari Group is seeking a Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist to support the development and execution of the group's marketing strategy across its subsidiaries.
This role will play a key part in shaping Safari's brand positioning, driving marketing initiatives, and delivering high-quality materials that support business growth and strengthen the group's presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development
• Support the development of group-wide marketing strategies and annual marketing plans
• Contribute to defining brand positioning and messaging across subsidiaries
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and opportunities to guide strategic decisions
• Work closely with leadership to align marketing with business objectives

Branding & Corporate Positioning
• Ensure a strong and consistent brand identity across Safari Group and its subsidiaries
• Support positioning across multiple sectors (Facilities Management, Construction, Technology, etc.)
• Maintain high standards across all communications and marketing outputs

Campaign Management
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms, events, PR, and content
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies
• Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall strategy and deliver measurable results

Presentations & Marketing Materials
• Develop high-quality corporate presentations, pitch decks, and proposals
• Support leadership and business teams with client-facing materials
• Translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, compelling content

Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Monitor campaign performance and key marketing metrics
• Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations
• Support continuous improvement of marketing effectiveness

Events & Corporate Activities
• Support planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, and launches
• Provide marketing support across subsidiaries during key initiatives

Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing
• Experience in strategy development and campaign execution
• Experience in corporate or multi-business environments is a strong advantage

Skills
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Advanced presentation and storytelling skills (PowerPoint is essential)
• Excellent written and verbal communication (Arabic & English)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Strong coordination and execution capabilities
