Designation : Assistant Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Engineer
Region : Sharjah & Northern Emirates
The Marketing Engineer should be connected with developers & consultants in the Sharjah & NE Region. Should be able to meet, specify the products , open new business leads and work closely in office and on site to develop all the products of LEMINAR.
Roles & responsibilities
- Managing and developing customer base for All products of Leminar
- Brand management and key account management
- Training and managing the sales executives
- Planning promotions, territory sales and marketing management
- Managing submittals and approvals.
- Developing business strategy and discuss the PoA's during interim meetings
- Client retention and territory expansion plan development
- Ensuring customer satisfaction achieved through: o Competitive pricing o Prompt delivery o Customer satisfaction survey
Must have skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
- 4+ years of exp. in Marketing in an HVAC equipments company
- Experience in Sharjah / Northern Emirates market
- Should have built strong relationships with Consultants & Contractors in the region
