Senior Marketing Executive
General Information
Full-time | Dubai-based Global role | Reports to: Marketing Director
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Senior Marketing Executive to join our team.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives on turning strategy
into action - creating compelling content, managing campaigns, and driving engagement
across digital channels.
You will work directly with the Marketing Director, taking ownership of the day-to-day
marketing output. From content creation and social media to email campaigns and
website updates, you will play an active role in bringing our brand narrative to life, and
contributing to measurable impact on pipeline growth and customer adoption.
This is a fast-paced commercial environment where both speed and quality matter. The
business moves quickly, and we need someone who can prioritise, adapt, and deliver
without losing attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned to campaigns and business
priorities.
Plan, write and publish organic content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other
relevant channels.
Bring consistent creativity and fresh, data-informed ideas, staying on top of
platform trends and audience insights.
Write in a clear, engaging voice that reflects our brand and resonates with
veterinary professionals and decision makers.
Email Marketing
Build, test and send email campaigns, from copywriting and layout through to
deployment and performance analysis.
Manage audience segmentation to ensure the right messages reach the right
people at the right time.
Website
Contribute to the content and messaging for a new website build, working closely
with the Marketing Director and external developers.
Manage ongoing website content updates via CMS, ensuring all pages are
accurate, on-brand, and optimised for user experience.
Performance Monitoring
Track, analyse and report on content and social media performance on a regular
basis.
Use data to draw actionable insights and refine future content and campaign
strategies.
Agency & Partner Coordination
Coordinate and review output from external agencies across SEO, paid search,
and creative.
Brief external partners clearly, manage feedback rounds, and ensure deliverables
are on-brand and on time.
Sales Enablement
Support the creation and updating of sales enablement materials, including
brochures, flyers, case studies, and presentation decks, ensuring they are
aligned with current campaigns and product updates.
Additional Skills (Advantageous)
Experience setting up and managing paid social campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn
and other relevant channels, with clear objectives, budget management, and
performance reporting.
Basic photography or video creation skills for social content is a plus.
Required experience & qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a marketing or digital communications role.
Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with an eye for detail, design, and
brand consistency.
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or
similar).
Comfortable using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, social media insights) to
review performance and draw actionable conclusions.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or a related sector is a strong advantage.
