Messe Frankfurt Middle East GmbH is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager. This role offers the opportunity to design and implement strategic marketing plans that drive attendance, engage exhibitors, and deliver strong business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to achieve visitor attendance and revenue targets.
• Support exhibitor engagement by delivering effective marketing programs, collateral, and communication strategies.
• Plan and manage visitor acquisition and retention campaigns, leveraging audience segmentation and tailored messaging.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, creative, PR) and external partners (media, industry associations) to deliver a cohesive marketing strategy.
• Analyze marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM dashboards, identifying opportunities to optimize campaigns.
• Manage marketing budgets, negotiate supplier agreements, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, media outlets, and trade publications to enhance event visibility.

About You

We are seeking a candidate who has:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Event Management, or a related field (relevant industry certifications are an advantage).
• At least 5 years of marketing experience in trade shows, exhibitions, or similar events.
• Strong expertise in marketing communications across digital, print, and other channels.
• A proven ability to analyze data and use insights to shape marketing strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder and project management skills, with experience working to tight deadlines.
• Experience briefing and managing agencies and external partners.
