Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives supporting UAS International Trip Support's global B2B growth. This role focuses on demand generation, performance marketing, and brand visibility within the aviation and trip support ecosystem. The role is senior and strategic, yet hands-on, responsible for driving measurable lead generation, optimizing digital channels, and aligning marketing efforts with commercial objectives across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall marketing and demand generation strategy aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Lead performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant digital channels.
- Design, manage, and optimize B2B lead generation funnels targeting aviation stakeholders, operators, and decision-makers.
- Oversee SEO strategy to enhance global visibility, organic traffic, and search performance.
- Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) through testing, landing page optimization, and user journey improvements.
- Plan and manage email marketing and marketing automation initiatives to nurture leads and support sales conversion.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM data, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, communications, and leadership to align messaging, targeting, and campaign goals.
- Own website performance, content alignment, and UX to support lead generation and brand positioning.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis within aviation and trip support to identify opportunities and trends.
- Manage and continuously improve the marketing technology stack (CMS, analytics, automation, ad platforms).
- Prepare performance insights, recommendations, and reports for senior management.
- Support marketing initiatives related to events, partnerships, and regional campaigns as required.
Required Qualifications:
- 710 years of marketing experience, with strong focus on B2B performance marketing and lead generation.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end digital marketing ecosystems (websites, analytics, automation, paid media).
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and paid performance channels.
- Solid experience in SEO, CRO, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lead qualification, and attribution.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, UTM tracking, and reporting dashboards.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and content management systems.
- Aviation, travel, logistics, or complex B2B services experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and execution skills.
- Self-driven professional comfortable operating independently at a senior level.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for campaigns, events, or stakeholder engagement.
