Senior Marketing Officer

Ideal Solutions is seeking a Senior Marketing Officer to support the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, strengthen market presence, and drive engagement across digital and traditional channels.

Role Summary

The Senior Marketing Officer will lead integrated marketing initiatives, oversee content development, support event activations, and track performance against KPIs to ensure measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives
• Oversee content creation across digital platforms and marketing materials
• Support internal and external events, activations, and promotional initiatives
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Monitor and report marketing performance (KPIs/ROI) and provide insights for improvement

What We Are Looking For

A professional with strong marketing fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What You Have to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications or related field (certifications are a plus)
• 47 years of marketing experience (digital & traditional), preferably within the IT industry and B2B
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM, and CMS platforms
• Experience supporting and managing events
