The Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the execution of the company's marketing and communication strategy. This role is responsible for developing and managing targeted campaigns, creating compelling content, maintaining brand consistency, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize future marketing efforts. Through cross-functional collaboration, creativity, and structured planning, the Marketing Specialist drives awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition across digital and non-digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Collaborate closely with the MarCom Manager to develop and implement content marketing and demand generation strategies.
- Lead the execution of targeted marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Brainstorm and develop creative marketing concepts that align with brand objectives.
- Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities (content creation, digital campaigns, events, etc.).
- Content & Brand Consistency
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all marketing channels.
- Oversee brand assets, message frameworks, data accuracy, and terminology usage.
- Support the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
- Channel Activation & Management
- Plan and execute initiatives across appropriate channels to reach target audiences.
- Segment audiences in digital marketing tools for personalization and improved conversion.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize performance based on data insights.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for campaigns and events.
- Work closely with cross-functional departments including design, operations, and sales.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional events and partnerships.
- Data & Performance Analysis
- Analyze campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, and other key metrics.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and enhanced ROI.
- Track channel penetration and brand awareness levels.
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience:
- At least 2-4 years of robust experience in digital marketing and/or agency settings
- Skills:
- Showcasing a deep understanding and successful execution of marketing strategies.
- Outstanding abilities in writing, editing, proofreading, and conducting research, paired with excellent verbal and analytical communication skills.
- Proficiency in content marketing and social media management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
