We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to support the expanding project portfolio by overseeing day-to-day marketing execution and ensuring strong alignment between marketing strategy, sales objectives, and agency management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor marketing plans across ongoing and new real estate projects.
- Coordinate daily marketing activities and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

- Manage and follow up with creative, digital, and media agencies.
- Track campaign performance and share insights with Sales and Management.
- Support brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Coordinate internally with Sales, Finance, and Operations on project priorities.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate or a related sector.
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong execution, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Experience working with agencies and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
