The Maker is expanding, and we're looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead our growing sports marketing projects.
About The Role
The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising marketing strategies across The Maker's academies, incubator, tournaments, CSR projects, sponsorship activations, and major football events.
This role requires strong knowledge of the football industry, hands-on event experience, and the ability to represent the brand professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for tournaments, academies, and special football events
- Manage sponsorship visibility and brand activations
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across social media and offline platforms
- Participate in organizing and promoting major football events and press conferences
- Prepare professional presentations for partners, sponsors, and stakeholders
- Support partnership development with schools, clubs, and corporate entities
- Ensure consistent brand positioning aligned with The Maker's vision
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing (sports industry experience is highly preferred)
- Strong awareness and understanding of the football industry
- Previous participation in organizing or marketing large-scale events
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
- Creative mindset with strong execution skills
