Job Description

Connectalents is hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer for a leading real estate developer delivering innovative residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects that are shaping the future of urban communities.

Job Role

Supervise the installation of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems on site.

Review mechanical drawings, BOQs, shop drawings, and material submittals.

Ensure all mechanical works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and approved drawings.

Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve technical issues.

Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and prepare technical reports.

Support testing and commissioning activities before project handover.

Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure smooth project execution.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

7-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.

Experience in site supervision, technical coordination, and reviewing shop drawings.

Good understanding of construction codes and quality standards.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Good command of English
