Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt. The responsibilities include overseeing mechanical designs, ensuring compliance with project specifications, preparing and reviewing shop drawings, managing material submittals, coordinating with project teams, and actively supporting the delivery of high-quality construction projects. The role also requires addressing technical issues, ensuring adherence to project schedules, and contributing to the successful execution of mechanical engineering tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review electrical shop drawings.
• Quantity surveying & material take-off.
• Coordinate with site team and other disciplines (Mechanical).
• Review consultant drawings and respond to RFIs.
• Prepare technical submittals and ensure project compliance.
• Participate in project planning and cost control.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 57 years of experience in construction companies.
• Strong experience in technical office tasks.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes & standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
