Job Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving qualified leads, bookings, and ROI through data-driven strategies.

This role requires strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking, preferably within the travel or e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Management

·       Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across:

o  Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

o  Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

o  TikTok Ads (optional but preferred)

·       Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI

Performance Optimization

·       Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize:

o  CPC, CPA, ROAS

o  Click-through rates and conversions

·       Conduct A/B testing for:

o  Ad creatives

o  Headlines and copy

o  Landing pages

Tracking & Analytics

·       Set up and manage tracking tools:

o  Google Tag Manager

o  Conversion tracking (pixels, events)

·       Analyze data and generate insights for decision-making

Strategy & Planning

·       Develop media buying strategies aligned with business goals

·       Identify target audiences, segments, and retargeting opportunities

·       Plan seasonal campaigns (Umrah, holidays, peak travel seasons)

Collaboration

·       Work closely with:

o  Content Creatives

o  Social Media Team

o  SEO Manager

o  Web Development Team

·       Ensure alignment between creatives, landing pages, and campaigns

Reporting

·       Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports

·       Provide actionable insights and recommendations

·       Track KPIs and campaign ROI

Requirements Experience

·       3–5 years of experience in media buying or performance marketing

·       Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads

·       Experience in travel, tourism, or e-commerce is highly preferred

Skills

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

·       Deep understanding of paid media strategies and funnels

·       Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets

·       Conversion optimization and A/B testing expertise

Languages

·       Fluent in English (mandatory)

·       Arabic is a strong advantage
