Senior Media Buyer

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid for a Senior Media Buyer Real Estate Broker. The role involves developing and executing media plans and strategies to optimize property marketing efforts, managing media budgets to maximize ROI, and negotiating with media vendors for optimal placements. The Senior Media Buyer will also analyze campaign performance, report metrics, and ensure effective communication across teams to achieve marketing objectives.

• Proficiency in Media Planning, Media Buying, and Media Strategy
• Strong Analytical Skills for monitoring campaigns and interpreting data
• Excellent Communication skills for vendor negotiations and team collaboration
• Proven experience in the real estate sector is preferred
• Ability to manage budgets effectively and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
