Senior Media Buyer

Location: Cairo, Egypt (El Nozha)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Media Buyer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok) to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and achieve a high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid ad campaigns to meet the company's marketing goals.
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently across different platforms and target audiences.
• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, ad copy, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates and lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
• Analyze campaign data and deliver detailed periodic performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and advertising platform features.
• Collaborate closely with the content creation and design teams to ensure high-performing and engaging ad assets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Media Buyer (experience in Travel/Hospitality is a plus).
• Deep hands-on knowledge and proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (relevant certifications are a strong plus).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and utilize analytics tools (such as Google Analytics).
• Excellent understanding of audience targeting, retargeting strategies, and sales funnels.
• Strong organizational, time-management skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
