The Opportunity:
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a client-facing, business development environment. You will be responsible for driving media sales across KSA, developing new client relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue with existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business opportunities for media sales, including strategic planning and pipeline management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brands, and media partners.
- Collaborate closely with the agency's account and strategy teams to ensure media solutions are aligned with broader marketing objectives.
- Stay up to date with the Saudi market, media trends, and the competitive landscape to inform client recommendations.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth goals while contributing to the agency's wider business objectives.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in media sales, ideally within or in collaboration with marketing/advertising agencies.
- Strong business development track record with demonstrable success in closing deals.
- Solid understanding of the marketing agency ecosystem and how media fits into integrated campaigns.
- Confident, strategic, and commercially minded, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Based in KSA or able to relocate.
